101 Most Influential People by USA Today

Famous, yet fictional is what the list is based upon. #1 is the Marlboro Man and #101 is Paul Bunyan. I would agree with most of these on the list.

300 Million

The USA hit a population of 300 million. The world's population is growing very quickly and this can be monitored at Measurements on a Global Level. Also check out what NPR and the BBC have to say about America's population milestone.

"Fueled by an estimated net gain of one person every 11 seconds, America -- the world's third most populous country -- joined China and India with populations greater than 300 million."

Stephen Wiltshire

Stephen Wiltshire is an artist who has been drawing detailed aerial views of cities such as Tokyo, Rome and Hong Kong based off of memory from a single helicopter ride per city.

"In October and November 2003, thousands flocked to the Orleans House gallery in Twickenham near London, England, to see the first major retrospective of Stephen's work. The exhibition covered the 20-year period, from 1983 to 2003, and comprised 150 examples of Stephen's drawings, paintings and prints."

Outpost = Frys...and the crowd goes wild!

Outpost.com was always Fry's online store and Frys.com was just a place holder site for the Fry's store. It was pretty ridiculous, but now Outpost.com is Frys.com. Check out the online grand opening. They have huge savings online because of this joining of forces.

I'm OCD, so I HAVE to shuffle.

TaskBarShuffle that allows you to move and organize the applications in your taskbar. The taskbat arranges applications from left to right in the order you opened them and sometimes you need to move them around to be organized better. OCD...got to love it.

Instant Hollywood

Coka-Cola and Nestle S.A. have come out with a calorie burning line of drinks called Enviga that comes in traditional green tea, berry and peach flavors. Supposedly 60 to 100 calories are burned per beverage. So if you combine the controversial Red Bull Cocaine drink and Envigra, do you get instant Hollywood status?
